I turn 25 in three months. HOLY COW.....! Twenty three days left of December, two whole months of January and February, and finally, twenty two days of March before I can brag about making it through my first quarter century on earth largely unscathed.
I begin this blog thankful for all the time I have been granted thus far. Some of the people who wandered into - and for some, out - of my life were not as fortunate. I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to love and be loved. I imagine that when my time is up, those who REALLY know me will celebrate my life rather than mourn my death. I very much want a happy (well, relatively!) funeral.
But that's all in some future ahead of me. First, I have a few more quarter centuries to enjoy.
